ONLY LAURELHURST MEMBERS may reserve the pool and grounds for a party.  Parties can be any time between 9 AM and 9 PM for a maximum of 3 hours, but will not be allowed on any holiday, or during restricted hours (i.e. Friday, Saturday, or Sunday between 2 PM and 6 PM), or when another party is booked.  Party givers have EXCLUSIVE use of the lanai, and unlocked fridge, and shared use of the BBQ's.  Members and their guests may still use the pool and grounds as usual during parties.

A non-refundable reservation fee of $25 (or $50 for parties with 25 attendees or more)  must be paid at the time of the reservation. The costs for non-member party guests is $5 per person (reguardless if they swim or not).  Lifeguards cost $20 an hour each (2 hour minimum). For 1-20 swimmers, 1 lifeguard is required, for 21-31 swimmers, 2 lifeguards are required.  Parties with more than 31 swimmers exceed our pool capacity. 

Payment (a single check for guests, and lifeguards) is due and payable at the end of the party. We also accept VENMO for payment.  Note: GUEST PASSES may NOT be used to pay for party guests.

An adult pool member must be present at all times during the event.  The member is responsible for their guests and clean up after the party.
